Force 6 Fitness Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Force 6 Fitness for your home gym equipment needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned with signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Return Process:

Contact our Customer Service team at mario@force6fitness.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Force 6 Fitness is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.

Damaged Goods Upon Arrival:

If you receive a damaged or defective product upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at mario@force6fitness.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Items determined to be damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects are not subject to restocking fees.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

A 20% restocking fee applies to standard approved returns.
A 50% restocking fee applies to items returned with damage, wear, or missing components.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
