Thank you for choosing Force 6 Fitness for your home gym equipment needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process:

Contact our Customer Service team at mario@force6fitness.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Force 6 Fitness is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.
Damaged Goods:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at mario@force6fitness.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exclusions:
Please note that this return policy does not apply to personalized or customized items.
